When I was a teenager my grandma told me about the dangers of electric and magnetic fields (EMFs). She would put anti-radiation stickers on my walkman and warn me to never live underneath powerlines. Her words and attempts to shield me from harmful energies were endearing to me and stuck with me.
Nowadays there's still a lot of controversy about this topic. Despite scientific research that does support the idea that our daily exposure to EMFs is harmful, and, well, to me... just plain logic. Over the last 2 decades the increase of things like electrical grids, cell towers, satellites, and the use of electrical devices was significant.
Everything is energy. The whole world consists of moving particles that are vibrating at a certain frequency. So for me, it's only logical that energies can influence each other. Can influence us.
Some energies/frequencies are beneficial for our health (like sound bowls and tuning forks that are used for sound therapy), others are harmful (like radiation from a nuclear plant).
*EMFS (often referred to as radiation), are associated with the use of electrical power and various forms of natural and man-made lighting. EMFs are typically grouped into one of two categories by their frequency:
Non-ionizing: low-level radiation which is generally perceived as harmless to humans
Ionizing: high-level radiation which has the potential for cellular and DNA damage
Some of the issues we might experience due to EMFs are fatigue, headache, decreased learning abilities, and cognitive impairment. The emission from microwaves is said to kill all the nutrients in food. And sleeping with our phone next to our bed (especially with the wifi on) is believed to cause sleeping problems.
* Living beings—people, animals, trees, other plants—don’t do well near these frequency blasters. the frequencies are incoherent with the planet and its life forms. people are sicker, not sleeping well, depressed, anxious, worn down. it is a real concern.
The human body should therefore be protected against exposure to EMF because of the risks this can entail. As long as the research is inconclusive, it's better to be safe than sorry. Especially since there IS a lot of evidence that supports the idea that EMFs are harmful to our health. A lot of people who are HSP (highly sensitive) will attest to that.
Without wanting to start a discussion on this subject I do want to bring this subject under your attention. So you can decide for yourself whether it resonates and "sounds true".
If you're interested in products that could help protect you and your loved ones, here are some to consider:
* Putting Shungite (an ancient rock formation, a natural mineral) near electronical devices or wearing one on your body. I usually have a necklace with a stone around my neck. I change the rocks regularly, but one of them is Shungite. We also have Shungite stones near almost all the electrical devices. There are also flat stones that you can stick to your phone.
Shungite not only has anti-radiation properties. It also is said to strengthen the immune system,
absorb negative energy, help with grounding and insomnia, balance the chakras.
You can find Shungite in crystal shops/online and you can order them through me, if you like.
* Putting an orgonite pyramid near the tv, the wifi router and/or your computer. You can wear orgonite as a pendant as well.
* Using a negative ions sticker on your phone. You can find one here. There are also pendants and bracelets that you can wear.
One other thing you could do to protect yourself is limit your exposure to radiation. One simple thing is to not take your phone with you into the bedroom. You could stop using the microwave and use electrical devices as little as possible. One extra tip that I've looked into: cooking on an electric stove also involves EMFs! The closer you're standing to the stove, the more radiation you'll absorb. Especially in the abdomen and reproductive area! Just sayin... The least harmful of these kind of stoves are the ceramic ones.
Other practices that might help: spend as much time in nature as you possibly can, ground your energy often, do cleansing rituals (you can learn some great techniques in this workshop).
All little steps count!
With love,
Kinga.
