My Toolbox
An Overview of Some of the Modalities and Therapies I Use
I've always wanted to help people. I dreamed of becoming a psychologist from the age of 3. Growing up I was a great listener and even grown-ups were often surprised by my insightful questions and advice.
Everything I teach my clients, every modality I use, all the processes I guide them through... I went through and use(d) myself. To me they aren't some abstract, theoretical frameworks. These are practices that, for me, actually worked, that I wholeheartedly believe in and that I want to share with others. My toolbox is big and ever expanding, as I am a student for life and always aim to learn and improve for my personal growth and the benefit of my clients. Below I've listed the most relevant ones for my work as a holistic psychologist.
