Chronic pain - my journey
I used to say, that I practically invented psychosomatic issues. I was really good at redirecting stress and emotions from my mind right into bodily ailments. At some point in my life, I became aware of that questionable talent.
During the first 30 years of my life, I've dealt with stomach aches, headaches/migraine, Candida and chronic fatigue, allergies, being sick almost all the time, the onset of fibromyalgia and 18 years of lower back pain. So I'm a bit of an expert on chronic health issues.
And you know what? Nobody ever told me I could do anything about all those problems. I thought I was "convicted" to a life of low energy and pain. I was told that I would just have to "deal" with it and "learn to live with it". Sound familiar?
The only thing I COULD do was manage my pain and make my situation bearable. And I was tireless in finding ways to relief my pain! It never, ever occurred to me, that this could be pointless because it helped me (temporarily). I accepted that this was how my life was going to be.
I know better now. I healed myself from within by processing my emotions, making new choices and changing what didn't serve me. I also got to the root cause of some of my issues, which proved to be psychological instead of physical. I went through all of that on my own and without any help from traditional doctors. It was a long and frustrating process.
Because of the years I spent learning, discovering, and working through my issues I discovered how I could help myself and others. And I know I'm not the only one! There are countless examples of people who were able to heal their bodies through their minds and spiritual awakening. Miraculous recoveries, even after "death", are possible. So why not use that knowledge to try and help yourself?
I dedicated my life to helping people overcome these kinds of issues. I'm not a doctor, I can't "fix" your body. I can, however, help you heal yourself. Often even to the point where chronic pain issues are resolved... Because there's nothing wrong with your body! Your body is trying to translate to you that something is out of balance. This sometimes is a physical imbalance (for instance when you're malnourished), but the core issue is often to be found in one of your other bodies (emotional, spiritual, thought). Your physical body is your ally and friend. Fighting against it and judging it will only cause more problems.
